process︰

1. Customers reserve their mobile phone number when placing an order for this product (please make an appointment 2-3 days in advance).
2. Customers should note the rental period and pick-up time in the customer's backend system.
3. On the day of pickup, go to the store to pay the deposit and submit your identity document and rental fee.
4. At the end of the rental period, the customer returns the device at their home and receives a refund of the deposit, and their identification documents are destroyed.

Business Hours:

• Kwun Tong Store: Monday to Saturday 10:30-18:30 (Closed on Sundays and public holidays)
• San Po Kong Store: Monday to Sunday and public holidays 10:30-20:30

If you need to return the device on Sunday, please go to the San Po Kong branch. The Kwun Tong branch is closed on Sundays.

Customers who send us photos or videos for promotional purposes will receive a 5% discount code, valid throughout the store.

Notice:

The handover date for the mobile phone is counted as one day; if the phone is returned late, HK$150 will be deducted from the deposit for each day.

The store does not provide data transfer services. Customers must ensure that all data has been transferred and deleted before returning the device.

If any damage is found during the inspection of the phone, the cost will be deducted from the deposit according to Samsung's official repair price.

Lost mobile phones will be compensated at the official price.
