Happy Telecom offers a Southeast Asian 5G unlimited data SIM card that can be used in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
- No real-name registration required, simply insert your SIM card and use. Please enable [Data Roaming].

This card only provides mobile data service and does not include voice call minutes.

Instructions for use:
Once you arrive at your destination, insert the SIM card into the "SIM 1" card slot in your phone and then turn on "Data Roaming" to start using it.
*Important Notes*
A- If you are unable to connect to the internet, please check and try changing your phone settings:
1. Determine if you are in an area with good signal reception.
2. Determine if your phone has "data roaming" enabled.
3. Configure APN (Phone Settings > Mobile Network > Access Point/APN).
4. Manually select a mobile data network provider (try each provider one by one, which may take 1-10 minutes).
5. Manually select the network mode: 5G/4G/3G/2G (If the SIM card is a 4G data card, manually select LTE or 4G/3G/2G network).
6. If you are still unable to access the internet, please contact our customer service (contact information is attached to the outside of the SIM card packaging).
B- Apple iOS users, please check your phone settings to see if any other profiles have been installed. These profiles may prevent your roaming SIM card from accessing the internet, or you may need to delete them before you can use the card.
C- Before enabling the [Data Roaming] function, please ensure that the SIM card used in other regions has been removed / For dual-SIM phones, please ensure that the roaming settings of the other SIM card are turned off or that its card slot function is turned off to avoid unnecessary roaming charges.
There are many reasons why a D-SIM card may not work, and it is not necessarily a problem with the SIM card itself, so please contact us for support first.
E-Customer service contact information is affixed to the outside of the SIM card packaging. You can scan the QR code to contact us.
The network provided by the F-SIM card does not restrict applications such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Google Maps, Instagram, and Line. However, local authorities may suddenly block any application without notice due to their policies.
G- If you return to Hong Kong without contacting us, we will not process any complaints or provide a refund.
H- If used outside the designated area, in addition to being unusable, the number of days used may be counted immediately.
All internet cards sold in this store are single-use products. We do not provide any top-up or value-added services. Any top-up or value-added services offered are provided by the product's network provider, and we will not be able to provide any related support. For inquiries, please contact the product's network provider.
J- Images are for reference only; the actual product shall prevail.
K-speed may vary depending on location, surrounding environment, time of day, and device.
L- Please keep the complete SIM card and packaging until you finish using it for future reference.

N- Our company only sells this data roaming product. All information, including the SIM card, network service, service plan details and coverage, is provided by the network provider.
O- Telecom has the right to change the terms and conditions of this data card at any time, including call time, SMS service, call charges, and data usage, without giving the customer prior notice or obtaining the customer's prior consent.
P- As service plan upgrades/changes are unpredictable and may only occur after product sale, the information on product packaging may not be up-to-date, including but not limited to product expiration date, usage days, dosage, and applicable regions. Please understand if the information is incorrect or lacks the latest updates. The latest information is subject to the telecommunications company's official website or this webpage.
